Studio Momentum Show Rentals

Studio Momentum is now available for performance rentals on Friday and Saturday nights! Perfect for your next improv show!

$100/night gets you our 29-seat space with our standard lighting setup (left/right/center/blue/reds/5-minute warning light for improv), a small dressing room, bathroom, and easy access from our parking lot. Some storage available for small productions. All show sets must be struck by end of the night. NO live music or loud events, as we are on the ground floor of a condo building.

We are on the ground floor of a condo building, so no parties and no musical rentals.
All renters must keep volume to less than a television at a reasonable volume.
